“This little cottage was adorable and I wish we could have had a little longer stay but we were up and exploring most of the time. Great location for a Redwoods visit. The property was clean, the alpaca was super cute and overall unbothered by our presence. The only thing we found a little tricky was knowing which gate to enter the cottage threw, we were unsure if opening up and walking through the alpaca enclosure was the right way to go so just a little more description in the check in……

“Unique stay in a historic building. Staff was pleasant and rooms were nice and had a unique character to the entire place. My biggest complaint would be that at no point during booking or up until check in had I been made aware that the onsite restaurant and bar were both Closed 3 days of the week Mon-Wed. Being that there is no option other than a small grocery storer for food within 10 of 15 mins of the lodge this was a huge pain. Originally, it was the reason I booked was the ability to……
