“Rooms nice and clean. Staff was really polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. Kids loved the waffle maker. The pool area was nice clean. Overall it was a wonderful stay”

“The room was great, the service from the employee's was great but the upsetting part is that the website stated continental breakfast and there was none. VERY disappointing.”

The rooms need better cleaning in the corners and bathroom floors Small fridge is not cold enough food went bad There was a loud banging on the floor late in the night above our room that kept us up . The breakfast was ok . I would not stay here again unfortunately do to a personal issue I had with the hotel and my third party reservation The hotel is not very helpful or considerate”

“Overall a good one night stay. When we arrived at 3:30 PM the hotel’s Internet was down. We had to wait in the lobby until about 5:30 PM before they let us into our room. They delivered the room cards around 6:15 PM. The staff was good about this but a little disappointed after a 4 hour drive from the southeast side of Houston. Four stars overall.”

“Great location for what we needed. The pool was a little cloudy but everything else was wonderful”

“Was good. Fairly new hotel. Checked in at 2:30pm but didn’t go check out room had to go to a graduation. Got back at 11pm our room smelled like an old fridge that was turned off you cracked open after a few months. Smell never went away. Let the front desk know at check out. Only physically in the room 8-9hrs so wasn’t going to complain. Would stay here again though. Friendly staff.”

“Not very satisfied with shuttle service. The table, floor and eveywhere is sticky. Dirty water comes out from shower tab. Towels are musty. Breakfast is good that you can test sweet strawberries. Overall CP value is low. It won't be my option next time while visit Austin again.”

“Staff shared incorrect information with us about the airport shuttle. We were told a shuttle was coming to pick us up at the airport but we had to wait 90 minutes for it to arrive. When we arrived at the hotel they appeared unbothered by our inconvenience.”

“Perfect spot to take a break, even though I was working hehe. Flower was great, and so was the event planning team (I see you, Courtney!). The rooms are the most impressive I've seen in a while, and the Manager's reception was a great place to socialize. I would definitely recommend this spot!”
