“The room was great, the service from the employee's was great but the upsetting part is that the website stated continental breakfast and there was none. VERY disappointing.”

“I could have easily given the hotel a 5 star review but I couldn’t because of the low seating toilets. I initially thought the size of the toilet was designed only for smaller children. I am 5’5” and not overweight. When sitting on the toilet my knees were closer to my chin than parallel to the rest of my body. I’ve only experienced this type of problem with another Hampton Inn in New Mexico. I never thought I’d be sizing the toilet height before staying at another Hampton Inn.”

“We usually have a good experience at Embassy, so I generally pay extra to book there rather than any other 3 star hotel. However my most recent visit was not good. The floor in the bathroom felt sticky, there was a 10 inch yellow stain in the center of the sheets on one of the beds that was extremely gross. When we pulled out the couch mattress, there where crumbs over the sheets and we noticed a carpet beetle on the bed. Also, the AC would not kick in unless turned down to 71 which made the……

“Not very satisfied with shuttle service. The table, floor and eveywhere is sticky. Dirty water comes out from shower tab. Towels are musty. Breakfast is good that you can test sweet strawberries. Overall CP value is low. It won't be my option next time while visit Austin again.”
