“L'appartement etait facile d'acces, tres propre, renove, tout appareil compris. L'hote a repondu a mes questions rapidement. Il manquait de tapis a l'entree mais une moppe etait disponible donc j'ai utilise pendant notre sejour (neige).”

“Can't say enough about these apartments. We stayed in BA501 one night and BA101 the following three, both were excellent! The process is easy, by getting access codes the day of arrival. Code access works like a charm, making getting in and out super easy. The place is super clean, large and very comfortable. The beds are excellent. If I had to find one complaint, it would only be that there are not many places to put stuff (in the bedrooms or bathrooms) forcing you to live mostly from your……

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“Beautiful spot to rest between meetings while travelling for work. Very comfortable and quiet. However, there is a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom that should be fixed. There was a puddle on the floor and I could see water dripping out from the light.”

“I was very pleased with my decision to stay here. The space is huge for the price you pay. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The rest of the loft included a kitchen, dining area, oversized bedroom and, up a few steps, an oversized living area with two sofas. I’d recommend the owners provide directions on how to operate the tv / cast to the TV. The area outside can be loud at night. ”

“Absolutely stunning location with an incredible view of the river! The walk from the ferry is up hill and takes about 15 minutes. The ferry to and from Quebec City is great. I wish I had known it would run less during the winter. It ran every hour for most of our trip. The house is perfect for 2 people. ”
