“Our room was updated and clean. Hotel was full but never felt crowded. Pool and pool area was clean and not overly chlorinated. Well done! Staff was great! Fitness room was a good bonus for us. Will definitely come again.”

“This brand might be our new go-to. The room was incredibly spacious, the bathroom was well appointed and the breakfast had amazing options. We even had time to enjoy the outdoor sitting area. We loved the full size fridge and the downtown LaCrosse location was perfect! Plenty of free parking in their on-site lot or overflow across the street in a parking garage.”

“Hi, The place was okay, and the price wasn’t terrible. The bed was comfy and the AC worked well. On the 5th floor, though, the hot water took probably five minutes to get hot—not exaggerating. When I got there, there was about a quarter-inch of water under the sink. I checked for leaks but couldn’t find anything, so I tossed a towel down. It soaked up in the towel, so I’m guessing it may have just been left over from mopping. The toilet handle needed some adjustment or replacing. It didn’t……
