“Nice property, great location!”

“It was a great location and super close to the beach. We appreciated the outdoor shower to rinse off before going in. The garage door could use some paint to make the property look more appealing at first look. We ran out of hot water quickly and I had to take a frigid shower. Living room couch was broken and we had to search for a breaker box to fix a flipped breaker to turn on living room light. Not really enough room in the living room for everyone in our party (10 people) to sit together.……

“We enjoyed this investment property home since it had a small pool/hot tub on the property and was close to the beach. However, I was extremely disappointed in the overall management of maintenance and felt a little unsafe. The stairs and both decks were rotting, had loose or missing banister spokes, a split-wood step, outside lighting on stairs and driveway were burned out or maybe missing bulbs. No electricity to 2 electrical outlets on 2nd floor at the snack counter. In the kitchen, there was……

“This house has a nice little fenced in yard for your pets, good size pool, cute fire pit area with chairs to relax and an outdoor shower (Area was dirty so we didn't use it.) If you're needing last minute things there is a Dollar General within 5 min and a gas station right around the corner. Also, I highly recommend visiting Way West Grill & Pizzeria, which is also right around the corner. Their food was delicious and they deliver! Overall, this house could use a little more attention to detail……

“The house was absolutely beautiful and lively. It was super comfortable and the kids loved it. Communicating was super easy and they were very helpful.”

“The property was very close to public beach and had everything as described in listing. Beds were super comfy and spacious bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and fridge had a handy icemaker. Nice place to stay when in Galveston.”

“Needed a quick get away for a birthday party and this place was perfect. Steps to the beach and lots of outdoor space. Very accommodating to the addition of extra people to spend the night and gathering during the day.”

“I was overall satisfied. The only reason I am giving 4 is that the fishing pier was really short, so we couldn't really do fishing. Also, there was a constant smell of fungus near the utility room (even after closing the door).”

“The house was clean and the furniture and beds were comfortable. Being right on the beach was wonderful, watching the sunrise and enjoying the peace and quiet. Its a short drive to Galveston for shopping and restaurants. There is also a local grocery that has most of the conveniences and a large selection of items as well as several restaurants. If the property is available the next time we plan to go to Galveston, we will definitely stay here again.”

“I like how clean and homie the Zachary house made my family feel. It felt like home. The manager was easy to get ahold of, when you have good wifi service. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was.”

“It was a whole lot of fun. A bit further out from main things like grocery stores and whatnot but still was close to the beach and had good restraints near by. The house was perfect, very clean and a lot nicer than I thought it would be. The garage was spacious and really helped fit the multiple cars we had to bring up there. Overall, a really good experience and I could see myself coming back here for sure!”
