The front desk staff were welcoming and courteous throughout my stay. The convenience of accessing the casino without having to go outdoors was a definite plus. However, guests who self‑park should be aware that reaching the hotel requires walking down multiple flights of stairs, which may be challenging for some.
The room itself was clean and offered a lovely view. That said, there were no trash bags in the cans upon arrival, which was an unexpected oversight. The breakfast was mediocre, especially considering the nightly rate.
On the second night, I encountered a concerning situation: an individual was passed out in a chair in the hallway connecting the hotel to the casino. This was unsettling and detracted from the overall experience.
