“the room is great. But it may takes some time to check in.”

“We stayed in an oversized king room on the top floor. The room was larger than anticipated and a nice design. Our floor was very quiet. The only negative was trying to get hot water at the tap. The shower eventually got warm/hot but only when it was pushed to the hottest setting.”

“relaxing and quiet”

“The service and staff were very friendly and the property well maintain. The only concern was the smell of both rooms. One smelt like stale cigarette smoke and the other I couldn't describe. The fan was on when I entered, I guess to air it out. But I enjoyed my stay and everything and everyone was very nice. I hate they no longer had a jacuzzi. I would recommend this hotel. I will definitely visit again with my family.”

The fire dept hook-up was disconnected. Did not feel safe at……

“Great Amenities & Staff, But Room Cleanliness Needs Improvement We recently stayed here for two nights, and overall, there was a lot to enjoy about the resort. The staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our entire stay. The water park and arcade were fantastic hits with the family, and exploring the canyon on-site was a lovely highlight. The resort was beautifully decorated for Halloween, creating a fun seasonal vibe. We really enjoyed the complimentary morning coffee……
