"The property was close to the entrance about 25 minutes. Thankful the free continental breakfast starts at 6am since we wanted to get into the park early. Front desk was helpful and offered great advice."

"The receptionist Kelly was her name. Kept on telling us that our booking was not there. Expedia tried to call her and we heard the phone ringing ,but she wouldn’t pick it up and kept on fixing her hair or cleaning her fake nails. She tried to redirect us to another hotel (mariposa) saying that it was a sister company of best western and maybe our booking was there. When the check in instruction clearly states that we were at the right address!! I would not recommend this hotel. She almost ruined our trip. "

"While the pictures look nice, the rooms are VERY worn. This place beats paying 3xs the price of hotels in mammoth so it’s worth it for the price and a 30min drive. Cleanliness is LACKING. Floors are warped and coming apart but the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The fridge was also spacious! Would stay again but keep expectations low "
