“We booked to stay a couple nights before our son played in a baseball tournament in Cooperstown. Never ended up staying. The room smelled like an ashtray and was 90 degrees inside. There was some sketchy stuff on the ironing board, my wife swears was blood. They offered another room that was cleaner but we were mentally out at that point. When our flight arrived about 9:30 pm no one answered the phone to send the shuttle to pick us up. We ended up taking a taxi. The staff was understanding and……

“The property is very quaint and very quiet. It is more like an AirBnB or VRBO than a typical hotel. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the only amenity they didn’t have that we could have used is a mini-fridge. The attached restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, but there are restaurants and grocers within a 10 minute drive. We will definitely stay here again.”

“This is the most beautiful Inn. I felt like I was in an art exhibit. John was very welcoming and breakfast was delicious.”

“My room was cleaned everyday, there was air conditioning and the view was beautiful. However, there is no check-in or out staff and if there were any issues it was very hard to reach staff.”
