“Arrived at 2:50 no one at desk. Finally someone yells “what do you need from inside a dark office behind the desk. We replied “To check in.” Woman comes out (she is very unprofessional dressed) and tells us rooms haven’t been released and to take a seat she will tell us when they have been released at about 3:00. Another employee comes in and starts getting her work area ready. Man comes in and she checks him in. Another couple arrives and is checked in as well as another man is checked in. I……
