“This place was amazing! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Went with my 75 YO mom with mobility issues and she had no trouble at all! We enjoyed the pool and lazy river daily! “We had a lovely stay in this condo. Everything was great, good location, lots of extras (chairs, towels, snacks), comfortable beds! My kids said this was the best pull out couch they have ever slept on. My only note is that the condo upstairs must have thin or hard flooring, as we heard our upstairs neighbors every morning, quite loud. “Our stay was nice. The room was suitable. It was confusing finding where to park, it's in an entirely different parking lot than the studio. The beach it sits on is nice with comfortable chairs, but pretty rocky in the water. AC was advertised, but we were asked to use it as little as possible. “Great place. Calling shenanigans on the AC situation. Told it didn’t work and the repairman is coming but the portable AC units have been there for quite sometime. The mini split unit outside is a piece of rust. Should just advertise the there is portable AC units in the place and not that someone is coming to fix it. Being honest is a better policy. "Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families. This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated. The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the airport and within easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. Not needing to drive for meals or snacks was extremely convenient. The hotel’s restaurant, Lava Lava Beach Club, is also delicious and worth trying. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was spotting a monk seal resting right on the beach in front of the hotel—such a special and unexpected experience. A couple of small things could be improved: the shower pressure in our room was a bit weak, and the public microwave in the lobby wasn’t very easy to find. Overall, this hotel is a great option for families. Our 2-year-old had a wonderful time here, and we would happily stay again on our next trip to Kauai."
