“Great apartment and location in a quaint and historic New England town. Nice river view. Short walk to downtown and walking path by the river. Beautiful flowers in bloom everywhere! The apartment was clean and kitchen was very well stocked. Communication with the hosts was excellent.”

“Great place to stay to see Salem. It was only a few minutes from downtown and had free on street parking. My only criticism would be that each room had a small A/C unit rather than central air, so during the hotter summer months it might be harder to keep cool. The owner was very nice and was on the property a few of the days we were there working outside and in the other units.”

“This property sits back in a grove of trees and flowering plants but within 5 minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy breakfast or a late afternoon cocktail at the outdoor table shaded by said grove. Simply but satisfactorily appointed, the accommodations are great for a weekend getaway or a week at the beach. Newburyport and it’s many attractions and restaurants is a short 10 minute drive back from this property”

“The booking and pre-trip communication went great! The property was quiet accurate as described. Very nicely kept up older quad-plex. Prior to arriving at the property I had not received any entry/check in code, so i called the owner from the driveway. He promptly answered and said it was open for us to enter. As we entered we were greeted by two older local women who were checking out the place for family/friends who were going to be staying there in the future. These two lovely ladies were……
