“we purposely booked a room with 2 queens and a pullout as we were travelling for a family event. the pullout was SO BAD that our 3 and 5 year-old toddlers could not even use it. when pulled out it sloped from top to bottom by about 20 degrees, we could feel the coils on the beat-up 4" mattress with our bare hands, and then it took about 6 attempts to jam it back into couch position. we ended up having one queen with 1 adults and 2 kids in it. my adult son ended up sleeping less than 2 hours.……

“The staff was great. The hotel has serious issues. The pool was filthy and unavailable. The elevator was broken. The TV did not work the entire time I stayed there. The room was clean but the lamp by my bed was not working. The whole thing felt like the hotel is struggling financially. Which is odd, because this is apparently a popular area and this hotel is full. Maybe they need to charge a few more bucks and invest in their property.”
