“Charged me for the entire stay, didn’t allow me to stay because my ID had expired. I’ma traveling project manager and hadn’t even noticed my license expired a few days before. They took my money, refused to refund it and had a terrible attitude about it. I wouldn’t recommend as they make you send copies of your credit card and ID and then make you use an outside source to verify ID that’s when they refused to let me stay because of an expired license. No refund is all they would consistently……

“Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.”

My room didn't have a tv remote and they had a new one sent up within 5 minutes. Great for solo travelers and parking garage that is easy to access nearby.”

“Helpful staff, dated property but things work as they should and it was fine. Kind of a step up from a hostel but I felt fine staying here with our 13 old in a room with a private bath. That was it though - a bed, locking door, dirty window and a bathroom. It worked and I would stay again if budget, quick and available are the goals.”
