“The hotel is clean and the service is good, but the soundproofing is not very good”

“We needed to make an unexpected visit to the Catskills. Finding The Hidden Inn was an unexpected and delightful surprise. We were greeted by the owner who was friendly and helpful. Our room -the sunshine room - was pleasant and well appointed. Breakfast was available and easily accessible. And for hiker, the rail trail is right outside the backdoor.”

“Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. The room had a home feeling to it which made for a comfortable stay. The location was safe, quiet and had lovely mountain side views. This location was close……

“We had a wonderful stay at Phoenicia Lodge. We stayed for two nights and went hiking in the surrounding area. The lodge is in a great location—ideal if you have a car (we didn’t, but we managed just fine). Sandra was a huge help, and the welcome was fantastic. She always gave great advice and really takes good care of her guests. I highly recommend Phoenicia Lodge.”

“This is an older property, so if you are looking for luxury this is not for you. It is clean, has working a/c, shower, TV , microwave, coffee maker and a bed. It has a beautiful pool area, although we did not use it. We just need a clean, safe place to sleep and shower. We stayed her last year as well, for Follow the Arrow Festival. Ther is a great restaurant next door.”
