“What a great spot close to the beach and many restaurants. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. The lobby was immaculate and our room was cozy with a fabulous balcony.”

“The surroundings were superb - just across the beach. Clean place, very quiet. Nice breakfast and a good value for money hotel.”

“So pleased with the choice I made for my parents. Perla and Riccardo were so accommodating to help my elderly parents make sure they find parking, as you know any where in Rome or Italy parking is difficult but they were so responsive to support. The room and location was beautiful centred right inside of the heart of location. Thank you for a perfect place to stay over before their last night in Rome before returning back home.”

“Lovely find in a great location. Exceptionally helpful host. Instructions given were thorough and easy to follow. I have would highly recommend. Clean comfortable and quiet. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and a fabulous number of eateries. Super value for money. Thanks”

“Went for a few days to visit Rome without being in the city, perfect, near station cheap and easy to get into city and very nice place”

“Really a great place. Our room had two balconies. The kitchen was stocked with delicious things to eat and we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for a great stay.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was fantastic—just a five-minute walk to a beautiful beach, with plenty of excellent restaurants and everything else we needed just minutes away on foot. Communication with the host was seamless, and all of the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The building has an elevator, which was especially convenient with luggage. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the air conditioning was a huge plus. Thank you so much……

“The people running the B&B were very kind and accommodating, even if you don't speak the language. Based on how old everything looks, the building was well maintained and clean.”

“Helt ok for 1-2 netter.

“Convenient with 24hrs shuttle bus from terminal 3, interior and spacing do not worth the price tho”

“Hotel has Very good service ”
