“Overall it's good”

“Stayed one night on a Tuesday night, had to search for parking. Had to wait 10 minutes or so for service at the desk at check in. Breakfast was link sausage eggs and fries potatoes, waffles, OJ fruit dry or hot cereal, or coffee. At 10:30am we started putting our bags in the car, went back to room to get or items we’d left. Housekeeping just came in without knocking while we were there, she apologized and walked out. She didn’t know we were still in the room. This hotel is located near a truck……

“This Groesbeck Tx Oyo hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The pictures online are definitely AI. This room is basically a rent by the hour hotel if you know what I mean. I couldn’t even sleep there, management aaaaaand Expedia.com refused to give me a refund I am very upset. All the other hotels were totally booked so we had to drive 30 mins away to go and bunk with my sister. I am a very unsatisfied customer!”
