The hotel should handle this situation better.
I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before, but unfortunately this visit was by far the worst. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working, and this was never mentioned at check-in. Very attentive staff. Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Location perfect for shops and to dine out. Will definitely be returning as soon as can.
