"Had a great stay "

"The room we booked the lights and hot tub didn’t work at all. Hotel switched our room and we get inside it and nothing but dust rub barely worked, at least the lights worked and the walls were pealing around edges of the ceiling and tub framework. Along with that the fireplace didn’t work and the amenities were ok if they worked as well. Coffee pot didn’t work and covered in dust. Room floor had filth all over it and hot tub was dirty as well. I cleaned it out myself before realizing it barely worked. "

"The rooms were large and extremely clean. We paid extra for a view and well there is a view but mostly of a roof from below. The only thing you can see of the falls is the mist coming from it. We were on floor 20. It is a short walk to the Falls and Rainbow Bridge. We would stay here again."

"Usually love this hotel and stay frequently when visiting my daughter. However the walls are thin and if you have loud neighbors it can be annoying. Such was the case on this recent visit. We had loud music and hooting and hollering keeping us up till after 2 am. Tried to call the front desk twice to issue a noise complaint but no one answered. Too tired and cranky to change clothes and go to the front desk. Also the free breakfast is very nice but they need to cook the bacon better."

"The overall stay was good. Checked out and realized when we got home later the same day, that some items were left in the room. We went shopping at the outlet mall and left 2 pair of sneakers and a hoodie in the room. Called the hotel and they said they checked the lost and found and nothing was there. They said that they would check with housekeeping to see if anything was left in the room and they would call me back. When we left, housekeeping was cleaning the room across the hall now our items are missing and nowhere to be found. In addition, we were awoken at 5am to loud noised outside that sounded like gunshots. Not sure if they were or not, but it happened 5-6 times. I can get past the noise, but I am upset about my items that miraculously disappeared. "

"The staff around and at the desk were amazingly friendly and funny from the super fast check in to checking out. Standard king size room was more the size of a suit everything was clean and comfortable. Top place to stay "

"We visit from Ohio a few times a year. I think we have a new favorite place to stay. Everything was very clean, no strange smells , and everyone was friendly and accommodating. My son LOVED the pool and breakfast was included! Thanks for the great stay!"
