“As many other reviewers have mentioned, Michella was extremely responsive to communications from us. Even though this was a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving) she quickly responded to any issues. Couldn't really ask for quicker responses. The issues that give the rating are that the responses were somewhat hollow.
