“Had a wonderful stay. Definitely outdated and in need of repair but service was excellent and for a one night stop was perfect for my needs. ”

“Dirty and dingy. No evidence of maintenance inside and out. Tv was not user friendly. Had to call to get convoluted instructions. Husband nearly fell in shower because of slippery tub. Only thing good was coffee.”

“We had a newly renovated room which was lovely. Front reception staff are awesome. Front pathway gardens need some attention and lots of people don’t pick up after their dogs in the designated relief area. Annoying! Come on dog owners!!! ”

“THE breakfast was not ok,The housekeeping were friendly and helpful.The place need up a refresh. Children running in the halls hours of the night. I believe they put us in an area where dogs were cause they were barking. Not a pleasant stay”

“Well, I booked this property specifically because people had mentioned the WiFi was decent. We had a very important meeting we needed to do over zoom. The WiFi was not great. It failed miserably - and we were very nearly the only people there and it was 3 in the afternoon so probably not a lot of streaming or whatnot at that time - yet it could not sustain a simple zoom call. We had to switch to tethering on our phones - which was according to speed test more than 10 times faster down and 8……

“I had a reservation for this location. I paid 185.00 plus tax for a room that the bed sheets had stains, I could not turn off the air because of a missing wall thermostat. Called the front desk, was told they were full and had no other vacant rooms. The hotel is under going construction, on top of that was missing buttons on the elevator, we got stuck on the elevator, the in door pool was not accessible, hampton inn suggested that i take my four grandchildren across the street let them swim……
