First of all, the staff was not welcoming at all and was not able to inform us about the city. Secondly, the room was not the one we had chosen because we had chosen a twin room and we were assigned a room with a small bed because it was supposedly complete. In the room we only had a set of linen while there were 2 of us and we had almost no toilet paper when we arrived. For the cereals they had some healthy choices.for the hot meals they had a vegetable choice. The room was small but comfortable.if you like house keeping on a daily basis you should ask about it. They stick to the 3 pm check in to the minute and then have only one person for check in The room was dirty and ‘tired’. Stains on the furniture and carpet, mold on shower stall. You have to ask for a second bath towel, even if reserved for two adults. Have to ask everyday for daily cleaning. Only stairs at entry (there was some kind of lift, you would need help with. Uninspired breakfast in basement room. Not much for a vegetarian.
