Super easy Check in and check out - super friendly staff - communication excellent during a maintenance issue that did not involve or impact our stay. Very comfortable - quiet - everything we needed while we were there for a hockey tournament. We will definitely be back if we are in Lake Placid again. ...

We just took a leisurely drive and stayed overnight. Long Lake had the only available room for one night as it is a popular time of year. Would have chosen Inlet because of being able to walk around town, but we had never been that far north before.
If the weather had been better we would have kayaked on the lake, but it was raining
