"The room was nice and clean as well as the property. When I needed a change of linens, the front desk associate was very helpful and coordinating that and the housekeepers came rather quickly. I like that there is a restaurant on site with a bar, there’s a pizzeria, ice cream shop, and a mini market that has food and necessities. There’s also a tiki bar and a food place by the pool."

"Stay away from this hotel! The accommodation rooms are disgusting, the carpets are stained, the ceilings have spot on them (and I don't want to know what it was from), the air conditioner barely cools the room, bathrooms are in disrepair, hair dryer was broken, closet doors were broken, no hangers, no Housekeeping to ask for hangers, Front Desk never answers their phone, we were told the pool hours upon check in, only to see notices all around the hotel that the pool is closed....... Don't be fooled with the photos, the first one isn't even of the hotel, it's a stock image!"

"The hotel in general is outdated. Even when the room service is good the rooms are so old that even clean looks dirty. In my experience the bathroom tub was broken and the toilet was not working well. On the other hand: it is near by everything. It is easy and cheap to move to parks, malls, the airport with uber. They offer free transportation to parks with reservations. For kids is very good because they have good size pools and a water park included with your stay. They also have a Starbucks. You can walk to restaurants and fast foods. The personnel in general are very kind. "

I found that the loud humming of the refrigerator was preventing me from going to sleep initially but after I was asleep it didn't wake me up. The hair dryer in the room had a dirty residue on it. "
