“Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

“We stayed in this lovely cabin with our 7 year old daughter and a dog for a two nights.All of us absolutely enjoyed every moment spent there.The cabin is located in secure garden.Gives perfect privacy to the owners and guests. “Cottage has everything you need, however I wouldn't let my dogs or children swim in the lake as it looked disgusting, the promised dog shower has been removed so we couldn't shower our dogs. “The house has a view of the River Fowey from the living room and the MBR! The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with COMFORTABLE couches and beds. We slept like babies here! It is at the end of the little town of Fowey near the car park ( very convenient if you have a car). Being in Fowey is like going back in time.. it is beautiful, with only one tiny one way street. No car noises! Wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery stores nearby for cooking at the house in the lovely kitchen....

“The hotel is in a nice location with parking, has a nice garden with seating and a heated pool. The staff at reception were friendly at check in and check out. The room was a good size with a double and single bed and bathroom was good. Room also had a good sized tv with tea and coffee. Only fault is that the walls seemed quite thin so could hear quite clearly talking in the corridor and shutting doors, and there was a stain on the floor. “A lovely hotel overlooking the sea. Elegant decor which gave the hotel a sophisticated feel. Our room was large and comfortable. The lift was faulty when we were there but assistance was offered with suitcases. Table service at breakfast accompanied with a buffet of cereal, breads and fruit. A little disappointed that there was a supplement to be paid for fish having already paid extra when booking breakfast. Overall a very nice stay.”
