“Hotel is very nice; so well maintained and clean it seemed like brand new. Front desk staff was excellent.”

“Had a bad experience. We choose to stay here for a concert at the BOK Center. The shower was broken (we had to have someone hold the temp gauge while showering so it wouldn't make the water hotter) and all night we heard staff walking in and out the maintance room right next to us. They couldn't refund due to me paying my stay thru Expedia and the only thing they can do was give me stars. My account doesn't reflect any stars from them and it's been a week since. They told me it was a fully……

“The only thing deficient is the dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Otherwise everthing Else was great. there was a group of young people who ran the halls and were loud the first night we stayed.”
