“I’ve stayed here multiple times and always had a great experience — the location alone keeps me coming back. That’s what made this visit so disappointing. The floor in our room was visibly dirty. My daughter walked barefoot and her feet were black. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in some time. Boothbay has limited affordable options, and this place has real potential. But cleanliness isn’t a luxury — it’s a baseline. I hope management takes this seriously, because I’d genuinely like to……

“Very lovely setting. The room was fine, bed comfortable and large. the bathroom was awful. The bathtub super slippery (although there were handles to hang on to to get in); the hot water was not hot enough and took forever to heat up, so did not use the cold water. The toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, and the bathtub as stated earlier could have been upgraded. Breakfast was not kept warm the first morning, but was fine the day after. As affordable as this motel is, the bathroom needs……
