“This was a very nice place. What we loved about this place: we didn't have to pay for daily parking, we didn't have to pay daily resort fee, we didn't have to pay daily amenities fees. We didn't get an outrageous bill when our stay was over. We love that it is in walking distance to John's Pass. Will I book this place again, you bet! Plus, the beach view is outstanding. “Condo is wonderful for entertaining. Plenty of sleeping and seating arrangements. Dual refrigerators and dishwashers. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend for a beach getaway. ”

“The condo was nice and clean. Much of the exterior of the complex is under renovation and messy. The place is not gated as fencing is temporary and entry gate is not working. The condo door does not have a deadbolt that you can lock from the inside only the automatic code lock. I would have felt a bit safer if there was an additional deadbolt lock. Not a fan of the communication with my host through vbro. ”
