Very loud with neighbors in the duplex next door due to crawl space that cause echos. Check in instructions need be updated as the unit has changed and misleading on what to look for upon arriving. “Weeds were growing up at entrance.The kitchen utensils were lackingWhen I stripped the sheets to leave I was discussed at the condition of the mattress, it was nasty with stains. I felt sick thinking I had slept on it. Furniture is not at all like the picture.Nice little cottage just needs some attention and new mattress. ”
