“On the first night, I complained about the aircon not working but no one bothered to check, so my daughter and I were left sweating overnight. The same happened the following day; the aircon was left unfixed. I did ask for a spare pillow as I could not lie flat due to a dental procedure, but they said they don’t have any so I slept leaning on the headboard and then woke up with a bedbug bite. The hotel manager was generous enough to buy an antihistamine cream for the bites. Totally regretting……

“Yes the room was spotless, the entire hotel is spotless. And the staff were very helpful especially engin the receptionist. We made a mistake when booking and we only booked a single room and engin contacted the manager who upgraded us to a double room free of charge. I highly recommend serenity comfort hotel especially if you are in Istanbul for dental operations and cosmetic operations. Five stars all the round, the food is also excellent.”

“The room was full of smoke smell, my kids developed skin rash. The lights were half broken, water tap was not functioning, floor was not clean. The rooms look far from reality. Area is so disconnected, entrance is sketchy. I booked for 10 nights and checked out after one night, they took all money and didn’t give me anything back, despite me being reasonable and responding to all their flase claims. “It is very convenient if you are coming for the exhibition near by ,besides restaurant in hotel and opposite hotel , there is also a hidden bridge to the Airport shopping area which is just about 15 minutes walk. Strongly recommend if you are coming for a show.”

“The hotel is only 15 mins walk from the metro station, and is easy to find. There are small grocery stores and hawkers nearby and they open till very late (like 9-10 pm) so it is convenient to buy stuffs even if arrive late. The owner is really friendly and helped us to provide everything we need to settle down smoothly. “Lovely hotel with cozy lobby area and a charming rooftop breakfast area with a view of the water. The staff was very welcoming and also helpful with airport transportation and connecting us with our hotel in another town. The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had enough variety so we did not tire of them during our 5 nights there. Location was perfect and safe. Another thing I really appreciated was the choice of music played in the breakfast room. Old jazz……
