“I stayed here for a day and a half and was disappointed with the overall experience. When I checked in, I immediately asked about a late checkout. Although the website indicated late checkout options were available the last day of my stay, the front desk employee told me I could not extend checkout until noon when i checked in. Oddly enough, the app later prompted me for a checkout time and showed availability until 1:00 PM.

“Lock on the door was broke when we first got there, ceiling tile sagging from water damage, carpet felt moist, rain came in and flooded by door, toilet handle had to be held down several minutes to flush, the hot water went out had to wait to take a hot shower, unfortunately the bed was so hard, breakfast just waffles and cereal but was good.... not sure why this year was a completely different experience than when I stayed last year, maybe they need to do some repairs on this room idk...……
