"Property was nice, updated, and furnishings were comfortable. Is in a good location for the price, but you need to drive to access the beach. Overall the house was clean except for some missed stains on the baseboards in the living and bathroom. Encountered a roach the first night and the management company quickly had pest control out to resolve the issue."

"We came to stay for April vacation! It was my 8 year old son, myself and my boyfriend. The property was beautiful! We grilled on the porch and walked to the beach everyday! We loved the mini golf near by and the beach the best. I highly recommend staying at the property and we would love to come back!"

I wanted to be near things as the efficiency did not have a kitchen but did not want to be around people. I took my dogs and just wanted a relaxing time. There was a book kiosk in the neighborhood and I thoroughly enjoyed that as well as the walking/bike path along the bay. I must have gone at the perfect time as there wasn't any real traffic early in the morning and just a small amount...

"This property is very comfortable. The amenities are great. The kitchen is very well stocked and ithe cottage is decorated lovely. It was clean and spotless. The area is very quiet and shaded. Beach access is a short distance away and easy to get to quickly. We will definitely go to this home again."
