We do NOT require you to take out the trash. We also do NOT require that you strip beds or do any laundry. We want checkout to be easy for you!
If you have a dog, please check the yard well for messes. If any remain, the fee is $45.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Pet fee is $50 per stay. If pet waste is left in the yard, guest pays additional cleaning fee of $45.
If hot tub water is polluted (beverage spill/bath bomb, etc.), cleaning fee is $200
Smoking is allowed outdoors but it is guest's responsibility to ensure smoke smell does not come indoors. If house smells of smoke, fee is $600.
