Poudre dans la chambre, pas de machine, et le café du petit dej à revoir… pas digne d’un 4 étoiles ”

“We were greeted by Raphael on our arrival who was extremely pleasant, spoke excellent English and was very professional. Our room was overlooking the canal and was very clean and well equipped. We had breakfast everyday at the hotel - there were plenty of choices and the food and service were excellent. We also dined in the hotel and again had a wonderful meal and excellent service. The hotel is situated right in the pedestrian old town and was very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. We……

“Our room had a large sitting area separate from the bedroom area and two skylights that could be opened for fresh air or close the blind to sleep in and that more than made up for it having one slanted wall that’s so common with top floor rooms. Everyone at the hotel was very pleasant. Everything was clean. It was a very easy walk from the train station, very near old town and a few blocks from the Christmas market. ”
