“Sehr gutes Frühstück, für jeden alles dabei!!! Es wird morgens und abends das Zimmer sauber gemacht, auch so noch nie erlebt. TOP. Da mit Kindern am Nachmittag echt viel Sand im Zimmer ist. Personal, 98% des Personals sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und Mega-kinderfreundlich. ”

“This property was really nice. Seemed new. Thoughtful note and welcome basket. Receptionist was very friendly. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped. I highly recommend. My only caveat is to bring your own water as the water from the tap tasted undrinkable. ”

“Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Allerdings ist sie den hohen Preis von 150€ pro Nacht nicht wert. Bis max. 100€ wäre angemessen im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Hotels. Das Frühstück ist ein sehr rudimentäres Buffet, es fehlen jegliche Art von Amenities im Zimmer, der TV funktionierte erst, nachdem ich selber die Sender eingestellt hatte, alles in allem fehlte mir ein ausgezeichneter und zuvorkommender Service bei einen Preis von 170€ pro Nacht.”

“Unfortunately we seem to have been given the worst unit despite all the others being empty! No heater, broken shower head, shower draining too slowly to cope with the flow, table dangerously unstable, toilet consistently running, bench sofas which weren’t comfortable at all. ”

“We had an incredible time at Monte da Vilharinha. Driving into the property is like something out of a movie. The rural landscape boasts quintessential while buildings, herds of cows with bells, fields of flowers and streams. When we arrived we were greeted by Jafer and the property dog cookie. Jafer was the most incredible host guiding us around the property, letting us know where to take the (free) bikes and available to answer any questions via WhatsApp at any time. Breakfast is included……

“Although well located, our unit needed a fair amount of TLC. in particular, the sofas were very dirty. As for the beds, the mattress needed a full replacement. I had to sleep on the couch in order not to feel pain from my back. As for the service, we had a good experience with the restaurant personnel as well as the purser. But the reception employee provided a sub par service. A final word, this resort has not the structure for individuals having a mobility impairment. ”

“Breakfast was nice, always some fresh fruit and other goodies. Room size is large and wonderful terrace. The mattress was very firm. There was an issue with the bathroom cleanliness.. looked liked mold in the crevices in the bottom. ”

“Room clean just very outdated, was given 4 keys to unlock doors, one for front entrance door, if arriving back to hotel and nobody's there, an old style skeleton key for room door, another key for patiodoor, and a key for safe, was interesting to say the least. Staff are very friendly speak English and make you feel welcomed, also will give you help on where to go and how to get there. Area a little far from anything within a normal walking distance. Having a vehicle is definitely recommended……
