They not only checked me in earlier than expected, but they went out of their way to ask how I slept and how my day was. They were very genuine and truly wanted to ensure my stay was enjoyable. "Conveniently located near the Hancock County Fairgrounds, which is why we were in town. Monthly animal Expo. Very affordable for an evening stay."

"Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years."
