“We stayed at this 2 bedroom condo for the month of March 2024 and found it to be exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean, comfortable and the facilities well maintained. We used the beautiful pool on a regular basis. The condo is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and the beach is a 20 minute drive away. “We loved this condo, very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. It's close to some great restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. The only down fall was the pool being out of order, my son was upset about that. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely come back.”

“First time renting in Melbourne and first time staying in condo. Both experiences for us were excellent. Location is close to beach and you truly can walk there. Several restaurants close and walkable. Condo is small but more than adaquate. Nice size bedrooms with walkin closets. Very quiet building area. Nice walking around apartments and condos. The property managers were extremely responsive to any requests. Pickleball at Jimmy Moore park is close also. Great time for us!! ”

“Ted was very easy to work with and responded quickly for all of my inquiries. The unit is well stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs and towels. I enjoyed having breakfast and lunch on the balcony. Was able to see beautiful sunrises over the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom, and sunsets from the second bedroom. There is a pull out sofa, but I did not have the opportunity to use it. I would rent from Ted again.”

“Beautiful location, quiet and close to many things near the beach. The walk up the stairs was a bit much, but we were aware of it so next time we know to maybe pick the first floor instead of the third lol. Would definitely rebook, the host is incredibly helpful and accommodating.”
