Cozy pool house complete with privacy fence surrounding large backyard, stone fire pit, hammock, personal tiki bar on back patio, large 30‘ x 15‘ x 8’ swimming pool inside screened in patio. Our house is pet friendly and only 10 minutes drive to the beach, 45 minutes from Orlando, 5 minutes from Melbourne airport and within walking distance to nearby stores and restaurants. Your stay will include all linens, soaps, and cleaning supplies, fully stocked kitchen with outdoor bar and grilling area. No large parties or events allowed, this is a quiet and friendly neighborhood so please be mindful of our friends and neighbors.
