“The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The jimmy deans premade sandwiches weren’t great as they were a little soggy. Maybe having the ingredients to make a one more fresh would be better. It’d be nice to have a bar similar to other properties. More notice on when house keeping services are happening. Apparently it’s only every other day.”

“I arrived at 5 pm. Two hours after the 3 pm check in time. I had to wait 30 minutes for my room to be cleaned and made available to me. This made me late for my event. The clerk at the desk told me to change clothes in the bathroom in the lobby so I wouldn't be late. They refused to comp or refund the room because I booked through Expedia. I said that was unacceptable so they offered me free snacks and I had to work really hard to talk them into giving me free breakfast. They didn’t apologize.……
