Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by the complete lack of hot water in my shower. As I am checking out today, I am not writing to request maintenance, but to address the fact that I paid for a service that was not provided.
A functioning shower with hot water is a basic expectation in any hotel, and its absence rendered my stay uncomfortable and subpar.
Given this, I believe it is fair to request a partial refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I value my time as a guest and expected a standard of comfort that was not met during my stay.
