Il n y avait pas de chauffage collectif donc un radiateur m a ete amené dans l heure . Il est indiqué logement non fumeur mais je pense que certains locataires n ont pas tenu compte de la directive. Au niveau de juste lui demander s'il a un torchon de serviette sous le coude. Afin d'essuyer sa propre vaisselle.
