“This facility was sub-par from start to finish. My room can't been vacuumed -trash, debris everywhere. There was hair in the bathroom sink, I found hairs on the linens of the made-up bed. The sheet on one bed had a brownish-red stain. The walls were dirty. The bathtub had some sort of folded up paper and hair in the drain. The no -slip mat in the tub (fixed by adhesive to the tub) looked like black mold was growing on the underside. I took pictures of everything and tried to discuss with……

“This hotel is still under construction while the room we were given was clean and pretty nice. The bed was hard. The television did not work. We went to the office, but it was never fixed when we got there. We were charged $100 deposit and and it was not refunded that they said we smoked me and my boyfriend don’t even smoke. They kept our deposit refused to give it back so don’t stay at this hotel in Merrillville. There are many other nicer friendlier hotels in the area.”

“The lobby was hot and well air conditioned. Carpet was ripped my husband tripped on the torn carpet coming in. The checkin was ok. We got a suite the bedroom was fine but the room with the couch and tv the air went out and did not work there were dirty socks left on the floor. We called to see about the air getting fixed or changing rooms and they could not either. The maintenance was gone and no rooms available to have. The hallway on our floor smelled like pot both days we were there and the……
