Book Crown Point Bed & Breakfast

"Coletta at the front desk was great, very sweet. Beds were terrific for the price of the room. Never had a better sleep even in more expensive hotels. Quiet area Elevator is a little ifiy but we managed. The hotel breakfast was great, and the lady running the area was super helpful with the pancake machine! Lots of options. Pool was good, kids had a blast. Was just passing thru the area and it worked out perfect and very good cost"

"It was my sister's 50th wedding anniversary. We had never been to Merriville, ILL before. It's a nice town the people we're friendly and courteous. The staff were very professional. We enjoyed the wedding and had a great night's sleep.❤️"

"The service host Sam was extremely helpful!! He made sure my check-in was smooth. Going in and out for the day, he greeted us with a smile and laughter as we joked with him. He made the stay that more pleasant. But the hotel could do more as far as the breakfast. Such a horrible idea breakfast included "

"All services and staff were friendly and competent. Only wish there was a Room Service and Breakfast guide in the room."

"The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all. They checked you in by telling you to “fill out this paper”, “ I need your ID”, there would be no other communication as We checked in and I had to ask about charges because no explanation was offered and when we checked out the young lady at desk refused to give me a receipt for my stay she told me “ you can get it from the people you booked through “ even though I asked her to give it to me and that I have never had a receipt come from the third party company. She still refused. We made the best of our stay, pool was ice cold so couldn’t enjoy that and we won’t be staying here again but the staff that did help us is the reason I rated it the way that I did because I didn’t want the few negatives to over shadow the staff that were great and did a wonderful job helping us but this comment is for feedback purposes so maybe when others come there can be a few changes made to make the overall experience great for everyone!"
