- Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay.
- Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
- Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.
- Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
- Parking: Not included. On-site valet is available for $50/day, or you can reserve nearby parking with us for $35/day.
- Luggage Storage: Not available on the premises. You may use nearby services such as Bounce or LuggageHero.

Exceptional views!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this condominium. The views of the bay were exceptional from every view. My husband and I loved looking out at the water when we had our coffee in the morning. The condo was decorated with great taste, and the bed was so comfortable. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Great Location

Location - Riverwalk was lovely and multiple food trucks (including a coffee truck) was a nice surprise. Easy walk to restaurants. Easy drive to sites - Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Design District.

Great place

The condo is located in the heart of Brickell. Has a lovely view and great location. The hosts and the manager were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was neat and well equipped. Spent 3 weeks and enjoyed every moment. I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic View

One look at the view tells you this is a fantastic place to stay. Enjoyed watching the boats in the river and even saw a manatee with a baby. Extremely clean and comfortable inside too.

Amazing location and great hosts

Condo is in a great neighborhood with lots of walkable restaurants and easy access to other parts of Miami. Amazing views since it's a corner unit and the hosts were very thoughtful about checking in and making sure everything was satisfactory.

Great place, great location

This is our second time staying in this building and with Miami vacation rentals. They do a great job through the whole process and this facility is amazing with a great views, great spaces, and phenomenal location. Be sure you make the walk past the hundred yard long swimming pool to to the fitness center and Spa area. It's amazing.

Great location and view. Nice and clean apartment. Staff is responsive to our needs and questions. Some fixtures are showing sign of wear and tear such as the bathroom door and ottoman in the spare bedroom that should be replaced.

Perfect place to stay in Miami

We loved staying here! Everything was as pictured and even better. The views of the bay and city are beautiful. Everything was super clean, and there’s so much space throughout the apartment. Kat, who was our contact throughout the week, was super nice and helpful! We thankfully didn’t have any problems during the week, but if we had, it was nice to know there was someone to easily and quickly contact. The location is also perfect- many places to walk to throughout downtown, and it’s also a short drive to the beach! I highly recommend this place and I hope to come back again!

Beautiful condo in the heart of Miami!

It was great waking up every morning to the sun shining over the bay! We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. It was about a 20 minute Uber to South Beach, but you were within walking distance to tons of shopping and great restaurants. Hosts were phenomenal and helped any way we needed.

The unit was clean and views are great with lots of natural light. The kitchen is very modern with high-end appliances. The only thing that would be a critique is that the furniture is a bit worn.

Nice unit with beautiful views

Unit was perfect for our family. Amenities looked amazing although we didn’t take advantage of them. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Traffic is very heavy in the area, but the parking option with the unit was great. Thanks to Miami vacation rentals!
