The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex. Each unit has its own parking space. It's located in a very cozy and centric neighborhood.
Queen bed in the main bedroom + full bed in second bedroom + sofa bed in the living room. (In case of using the sofa bed, please inform us of this matter, so it can be left ready for you.)
If you wish to have an extra cleaning in the middle of your stay please let us know and will be provided you with an extra charge.
Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.
Pets are allowed in the unit and have an extra cleaning fee.
Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
Please note that there is a requirement for a 6-month contract.
