"The room we were assigned was in an adjacent building and the directions from the check-in were very complicated. They printed them out and we still could not follow them. We did have an ocean view but the windows were filthy on the outside and I was not able to take a picture as all you could see was the dirty window. The room itself was a typical hotel room and was quiet and comfortable."

"The room was clean, the breakfast was amazing. Our air condition wasn't working the best, and our shower door would not stay closed. But those were minor details. All in all it was a nice stay."

"This hotel needs a total overhaul! One cannot open the blinds so room is always dark. Rusty mirror in bathroom, cabinet doors do not close. No phone in the room so had to go to front desk to talk to the staff. Horrible experience. 2-3 stars at best and should be charged accordingly. They have a nice looking lobby but the rooms are really bad."

"Love the staff, this is the place to be at, our first room was not clean and was changed to a different room right away, if you’re looking to stay in your budget and want to explore nyc it is only a 25 min drive even with traffic, very good spot, very nice clean lobby equipped with very high end vending machines, would love to stay here again, no words for the staff they made sure we were comfortable every part of the stay, thank you again"
