"Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff! We had easy access to public transit, and many of the top spots to visit with Milan are within 20 minutes of walking."
"The staff was very friendly. They have free coffee, water and pastries available which is a plus. The apartment was clean, spacious and the decor was super cute. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Milan. The property is close to Milan central station and corso Buenos Aires which is a street filled with shops, restaurants and cafes. "
"Location was great, property as described. Communication with hosts (via text msgs) was timely & made checkin easy. Building is interesting as is surrounding area. Lots of great restaurants. Would stay again."
"We had a comfortable stay between flying in and out of the airport. We arranged for transfers from/to the airport with the owner, which cost 20€ each way. The owner picked us up himself in a lovely clean Mercedes van, and was on time and super friendly.
There is not much around the accommodation (5 minute walk to a restaurant and 15 minute walk to a large supermarket in the opposite direction). Would recommend this place for one night between flights. "

"Everyone was super helpful and the place was very quiet and safe. The location is perfect for seeing the sights in Milan. Breakfast was very good as well."
"If I could give this property 10 stars, I would. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The hotel was so clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. The breakfast is worth the $ if it isn’t included in your room rate - huge selection of eggs, bacon, toast, freshly baked pastries, yogurt bar, made to order coffee, fresh juices, champagne, etc. The location is unbearable!! Cannot wait to come back for another stay!"
"The staff were all so helpful and friendly. They helped us navigate throughout Milan. Hotel Berna even kept our luggage for a few days while we kept exploring parts of Italy using just our carry on. Highly recommend this hotel! "
