Clean, nice room!
The condo was the cleanest i have ever had with the exception of one of the toilet bowls not being washed out. There is a lot of dust behind the bed behind the bed and wall...needs a vacumn taken to it to suck up dirt. Other than that floors, counters, baths were very clean! Would stay there again.

Beautiful Beach
The resort property was nice. The condo itself wasn't very clean. The sliding door handle was broke an I almost cut my hand opening the door. The rugs were dirty, you had to wear socks an they turned black. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. The bunk beds had trash under the mattresses. Considering you pay a nice cleaning fee, you expect it to be clean.

A beautiful, reliable, convenient place to vacation!
I have always been pleased with the condos in Beach Resort and this was no exception. Very clean, views of the pool area and you can even see a bit of the gulf from the balcony. Can walk to beach, Pompano Joe’s and Captain Dave’s. The only thing is that when we checked in we noticed the door to the sliding glass door was broken. I texted the pic to the company but got no response…just wanted them to know. It did not hinder us being able to enjoy the balcony, however. Would book again. Wonderful time.

Overall great unit and can't beat the location. Very clean. The pool view off the balcony was an excellent bonus. Space was very sufficient for a family of 6 and had a wonderful time utilizing this property. We would definitely book with this property again for our future Destin, FL trips. Highly recommend.

Great place , well kept good location Only downfall is the public beach access is a bit odd how far away it is from condo but it’s a 2 min walk but that wasn’t the complaint the gate got stuck a few times and we couldn’t use it everytime so walking further to the public access was a struggle depends on what I was carrying BUT had I just brought a wagon like I normally do it would have been perfect

Older condo
The toilet in the smaller bathroom needs a new flapper valve. Maintenance came and adjusted the water flow valve but that did not solve the problem. Master shower drips. Light bulbs in master bedroom light, in range hood and some lamps need to be replaced. Living room furniture needs to be updated. Very nice swimming pool and hot tub.

Great property and location.
Our overall experience was wonderful however the only complaint we had was that the beach access code that was provided did not work the entire time we were visiting. To the owners credit, they were diligent in responding and communicating with the HOA to obtain the correct code. Unfortunately that did not happen until the last day. It would have been nice to walk right across the street to the beach as oppose to the public access point about 500 yards down the road (a little disappointing). Nevertheless, everything else was spot on. We will more than likely be rebooking in the coming months to stay here again next year.

Perfect Room for our famiky
We are a family of four and our room was perfect. It was nicely decorated and updated. It was very clean and we were able to clean up after ourselves because the room had a vacuum, broom, and cleaning supplies available for us to do that. Our kids loved the bunks and we enjoyed the separate room and bathroom. We spend a day just relaxing in the room watching TV and our kids playing with their toys to take a break from the heat. We loved the room so much that we plan on booking it again. Thank you to the people who rented us their condo.

Things started out a little rough with check in but the manager was super apologetic and very helpful. Things happen so I completely understood. In all, the stay was so much fun for us and our kids and the place was clean. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful Resort
We loved our stay at the Beach Resort. The property was clean and well maintained. The pool was our favorite part about the resort. The upper part of the pool is heated so we all enjoyed a lot of swim time. My only complaint about our room is the pantry in our kitchen was locked so we had no place to put our food. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

This was such a positive experience. The property was just perfect for our family. The condo overlooks the pool. The pool area was one of the best in the area from what we could see. The beach was so close. Great area to walk. Restaurants close by!

Better than the pics!
We’ve stayed in Miramar Beach a few times before and this was by far my favorite place! The pool was so perfect for our kids and the place was nicer than the pictures looked. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, but the previous reviews made that apparent so we were prepared. We also liked the option of purchasing umbrella service once we got to the beach and we only paid for it for the days we actually used it and they had a half day option which is perfect for having littles who don’t last a whole day at the beach. We will definitely be staying here again! Seriously, the zero entry pool with the fountain is SO FUN for kids!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. The pool was a hit with the kids and just a quick walk to the beach. I do wish there was a way to lock the door from the inside. With a 3 year old who could easily open the door, it was a bit nerve wracking making sure he didn’t escape for an adventure while we were inside the condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
