House Rules:
• No Smoking: All Coastline-managed properties are 100% smoke-free. This includes all interiors, balconies, and outdoor shared spaces, as well as any type of vapor or e-cigarette. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas marked by signage. Violations may result in fees, fines, and/or eviction.
• Beach Towels: You'll bring your own towels — we'll bring the space and the sand! Luckily, there are plenty of nearby shops with fun, colorful options you can snag for your stay (and maybe take home as a sandy little souvenir).
• Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music, parties, or noisy vehicles. Violations may result in fines and/or eviction.
• Pet-Friendly: Small, pre-approved dogs (up to 2 depending on the property) under 30 lbs are permitted. A $125 taxable fee applies. Pets must be kept off furniture and beds, and local laws prohibit dogs on the beach.
• No Key, No Contact – Smart Lock: Smart lock + code = how you'll enter your condo during your initial check-in and throughout your stay. Codes are given 5 days prior to check-in; however, they are not activated until 4 PM on your arrival day. Unauthorized entry prior to check-in time will result in an unauthorized entry fee of the highest amount, no greater than the average of your total stay's nightly rate.

Booking Requirements & Policies:
• Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and occupy the property.
• Rental Agreement Required: After booking, we will request your email address to send the Coastline Condos rental agreement. This must be signed and returned prior to your stay. Access will not be granted without a signed agreement.
• Rates Availability: All rates, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Promotions may be modified or discontinued at Coastline Condos discretion.
• No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home or anywhere on the property.
Community Rules:
• Noise Awareness: Please be respectful of noise levels at all times to ensure a peaceful experience for neighbors and fellow guests.
Additional Considerations:
• Important Construction Notice: Area-wide construction or maintenance may occur without notice. Coastline Condos is not responsible for disruptions caused by city, county, or neighboring property projects beyond our control. If we are made aware of any work that would significantly impact your stay, you will be notified prior to arrival and/or this listing will be updated accordingly.
• Shipping Policy: Coastline Condos does not have access to the property s mailbox. Shipping items to the home is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. For secure delivery, we recommend coordinating directly with your carrier or using a nearby pickup location.
• Winter Friendly / Snow Bird Stays: Looking to escape the cold? From November through February, Coastline offers stays longer than 30 days at discounted rates, which are considered extended stays. We often call these guests our beloved “Snowbirds” — because, like the birds, they fly south for the winter! To determine whether a property allows extended stays during your desired period, select a 1st-of-the-month arrival and departure date to preview winter pricing.
• Long-term stay fees: Stays over 30 days incur $150 additional cleaning fee; over 60 days incur $275 fee (applied after booking, effective July 25, 2025).
