It is on a quiet road across the street from a river, which not only offers a great view, but also the soothing sound of flowing water. The interior was beautifully renovated with modern day comforts, while preserving original traditional details that add to its charm. “The cabin is absolutely incredible. Nestled in the woods, but not too far away from other people. It overlooks what was once a lake, but has since drained. At night, it’s a sea of fireflies. During the day, you have gorgeous views of the mountains. There is plenty to do in the area, especially hiking. Kate was an incredible host. She provided everything we needed, from shampoo, to charcoal, to kindling for the fire. Check in was seamless. The air conditioning in the cabin is great, and the bed...

“Minetta's cabin was sensational in every way. Tucked in the middle of the woods and ultra quiet. A lot of thought went into the decor of the cabin with beautiful artwork throughout. Extremely comfortable, clean and functional with every amenity one could ask for. Stone Ridge is a lovely little town just minutes away as is Rosendale just a little further out. We had a terrific time and hope to return.”
